At Etopikk Home Decor, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your unique home accents and wall art. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Important: The return window begins from the date you receive your item, not the date of purchase.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

✓ Same condition as when you received it
✓ Unworn or unused
✓ Original tags attached (if applicable)
✓ Original packaging intact and undamaged
✓ Receipt or proof of purchase provided

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at store@etopikk.com within 30 days of receiving your item with:

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and respond with:

  • Return authorization

  • Return shipping label (for eligible returns)

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging

  • Attach the provided return shipping label

  • Ship via the carrier specified in your return instructions

  • Keep your tracking number for your records

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted and may be refused or returned to sender at your expense.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • We provide a FREE return shipping label

  • No shipping costs will be deducted from your refund

  • We will also cover the cost of reshipping the correct or replacement item

Change of Mind or Other Reasons

For returns due to change of mind, ordered wrong item, or other non-defect reasons:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Original Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item shipped)

  • For free shipping promotions, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • The wrong item or color

  • Missing components or parts

Contact us immediately at store@etopikk.com and provide:

  • Clear photos of the damage or issue

  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

  • Your order number

  • Description of the problem

We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right through:

  • Full refund

  • Free replacement

  • Partial refund (if you wish to keep a slightly damaged item)

Time Limit: Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for health, safety, or practical reasons:

✗ Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
✗ Custom or personalized items (special orders, engraved items, custom-made products)
✗ Personal care goods (beauty products, hygiene items)
✗ Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases)
✗ Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)
✗ Gift cards
✗ Downloadable digital products

Note: Custom-made or personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, so these are final sale unless defective or damaged.

If you have questions about whether your specific item is returnable, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have (following the return process above)

  2. Once the return is accepted and processed

  3. Place a new, separate order for the item you want

This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be fully processed.

Tip: If you need a different size or color and are concerned about stock, please contact us and we may be able to hold an item for you while processing your return.

International Returns

Customers Outside the United States

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Please contact us before returning to discuss the most cost-effective return method

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method

  • International returns may take 3-6 weeks to process due to customs and international transit times

European Union - 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

EU Return Requirements:

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags

  • In original packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase required

This right applies in addition to your standard 30-day return window, whichever is more favorable to you.

Refund Process

Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your returned item:

  1. Our team will inspect the return within 2-3 business days

  2. We'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied

  3. If denied, we'll explain the reason and your options

Refund Timeline

If your refund is approved:

  • You'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-5 business days)

Total estimated time: 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your return to see the refund in your account.

Refund Amount

Your refund will include:

  • Item cost

  • Original shipping costs (only if the return is due to our error)

Deductions may include:

  • Return shipping costs (for non-defective returns)

  • Restocking fees (for certain items, if applicable)

  • Original shipping costs (for change-of-mind returns with free shipping)

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue a partial refund if:

  • Item shows signs of use beyond inspection

  • Item is returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Item is missing parts or accessories (not due to our error)

  • You agree to keep a slightly damaged item at a discount

Restocking Fees

Currently, we do NOT charge restocking fees for most returns.

However, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee in cases of:

  • Large or bulky items requiring special handling

  • Items returned significantly after the 30-day window

  • Excessive returns from the same customer

If a restocking fee applies to your return, you will be notified before the return is processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account - Sometimes refunds take time to post

  2. Contact your credit card company - It may take additional time before the refund officially posts

  3. Contact your bank - There may be processing time before a refund is posted

  4. Contact us - Email store@etopikk.com with your order number

We'll work with you to track down your refund.

Fraudulent Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

  • Returning used items as unused

  • Returning different items than purchased

  • Excessive return patterns

  • Damaged items after receipt

We may ban customers who abuse the return policy.

Lost Returns

If your return package is lost during transit:

  • Returns with our provided shipping label: We will issue your refund once the loss is confirmed with the carrier

  • Returns you shipped independently: You are responsible for tracking and insurance. We recommend using a tracked and insured method.

Keep your tracking number as proof of return shipment.

Cancellations (Before Shipping)

Want to cancel your order before it ships?

  • Contact us at store@etopikk.com immediately with your order number

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before processing begins

  • Once an order is marked as "Shipped," it cannot be cancelled and must be returned using our standard return process

Warranty Information

While we do not offer extended warranties, all our products come with an implicit guarantee against manufacturing defects:

  • Report defects within 30 days of receipt

  • We will replace or refund defective items at no cost to you

  • Normal wear and tear is not covered
